If you have purchased a region (Make sure it is not still sitting in your cart) you need to complete the payment.

If the payment has come from your account.

  • Tell us the Region you were trying to purchase
  • The Date this happened on
  • The payment info, PayPal email, or last 4 numbers of the credit card used.
  • Your mobile phone that is linked to your account
