Hello, please make sure you have this option turned off correctly.

Go to your account settings [Top Right ] click on your name and open the settings page. 

Look [ to the left ] of the screen and you will see AUTO RENEW,

Make sure there is a date next to the word Canceled on: [if there is no date, you may have made a mistake or not turned it off correctly


To fix this -

Simply turn ON the Auto Renew and then turn OFF the Auto Renew. If you see a date there now, this means you have done this correctly and there will be no further charges.
