Payment did not work

Account Not Active or No Region after payment

I apologise for the inconvenience you are facing. If you have made your payment but cannot see the region or if your account is showing as "Account Not Active," I recommend first checking your statement to confirm the payment has worked. 

If the payment is there, please provide us with all the necessary details, such as your 

  • PayPal address
  • The last 4 numbers of the credit card used
  • What were you trying to purchased eg: Package and Term or Region Purchased
  • Make sure you the item is still not sitting in your shopping cart.
We will investigate and resolve the problem for you so please provide this information ASAP.
